On behalf of Washington, DC developer DuPont Fabros, Myers Commercial completed the leasing of 1707 H Street and 734 15th Street. DuPont Fabros acquired both of these well-located buildings and repositioned them to a B+ standard. As a result of this repositioning and a marketing strategy designed to build awareness by getting the brokers into the building, both buildings are 100% leased pursuant to long-term leases.
