Eric T. Myers,
Eric Myers has engaged in commercial real estate in Washington, DC since 1990, serving as a senior broker with Grubb and Ellis, a national commercial real estate firm. He has represented significant Washington, DC tenants, such as Concord Coalition, Columbia Partners, American Tort Reform Association, and Darby Overseas Investments. In addition, he has leased hundreds of thousands of square feet for area building owners, from Equity Office Properties to Cafritz Investments.
Before becoming engaged in commercial real estate, Myers practiced law with Baker and McKenzie, a major international law firm. He also served as a clerk to a federal judge at the United State Tax Court.
In addition to commercial real estate, Mr. Myers served as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University for a decade, where he taught Real Estate Finance courses to undergraduate and graduate business students.
Mr. Myers received his Bacheler of Arts degree at Washington and Lee University in 1982 and received a Juris Doctor and Masters of Law and Taxation degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary, in 1985 and 1986, respectively.
